If you were to start implementing any daily routine into your life, vitamins would be a great place to start. Vitamins are a great way to keep your body balanced and healthy. It can be really hard knowing which vitamins are best for you, which is why I really love Persona. Daily Probiotic- Probiotics are used for gut health which promote healthy digestion, emotional well being and immune health! I believe everyone should take a probiotic!

Digestive Enzymes- I take these just for a little more digestion support, they help enhance nutrient absorption and they promote digestion comfort!

Foundational Multivitamin- This multivitamin gives you your daily key nutrients and fills nutrient gaps, and provides antioxidant support. I also believe everyone should take a simple daily multivitamin !

Green Tea Extract- Green tea promotes brain health, healthy aging, and weight management.

Spirulina- This is an algae superfood that is great for immune health and helps maintain a normal cholesterol level!

Vegan Vitamin D- This is a plant-based source of vitamin D that helps maintain bone health, a healthy inflammatory response and immune health.
