KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN'S AVOCADO PUDDING

I love finding new and healthy recipes, and I came across this yummy looking “avocado pudding” that Kourtney Kardashian apparently eats every morning, so I decided to give it a try! Doesn’t sound great though does it? Well, I promise it’s actually really delicious!! It’s fluffy, sweet, and light, and makes the perfect breakfast, snack, or healthy dessert. And the best part, it is SO easy to make. All you need are a simple three ingredients.
One of the three ingredients you need is honey. Kourtney recommends Manuka honey, which has antiviral and antibacterial properties, is great for skincare, provides energy and boosts your immune system. Manuka honey is also very expensive for this reason, some being more expensive than others. The jar I got to try was $25, but some were close to $70. If you do not want to splurge on the Manuka honey, regular honey will be just fine !
Tonight I treated this as my dessert. It satisfied my sweet tooth and I felt good about eating it! Right now I am trying to put on some weight and gain muscle, so these healthy fats are perfect.
Here’s the recipe, hope you enjoy :)
Serving size: 2 (I put the second serving in a container in the fridge for the next day)
2 Tsp. Manuka Honey (or regular honey)
1 cup Coconut Milk

Throw it all in the blender and blend! (Tip: add coconut milk first to make sure nothing gets stuck to the bottom or sides of the blender)
