I am back with another recipe! Recipes have been requested a lot so I definitely wanted to share this one. I am sure you will start to notice that I am a big fan of bowls. I find bowls to be quick and easy to pack in a bunch of yummy stuff. And I made extra chicken for my little man. Also I am not gonna lie, I totally forgot to add in my bell peppers. I had them ready and just completely spaced but I usually do add them in!!

This is my Chicken Parmesan Bowl (hold the parmesan) recipe lol! I don’t eat dairy, I stopped in high school because it made me breakout. So the only time you guys may see me eat dairy is if it's in dessert, because you gotta treat yourself! But for the most part I am pretty strict, hence the no parmesan! I do eat vegan cheese, but I just chose to go without it for this recipe.


Serving size: 2 INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Chicken Breasts

  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

  • 1 Orange Bell Pepper

  • Marinara Sauce

  • Garlic Powder (I just eyeball it)

  • Onion Salt (I just eyeball it)

  • Chili Seasoning Blend (I just eyeball it)

  • White Rice


  1. Cut up the chicken breast into bite size squares.

  2. Put 1 tbsp of coconut oil in the pan on medium/high heat.

  3. Throw in the chicken and add the seasoning (I just eyeball all of it, I put the most chili seasoning).

  4. Fry until fully cooked which is about 8 minutes depending on the size of the cubes.

  5. Cook the rice (I use the Whole Foods frozen microwaveable rice, which isn’t the best option but it is the quickest, the easiest, and is still yummy).

  6. Throw the rice and chicken in the bowl and add marinara sauce on top and you're done!
